The farm Negro Maria Luigina, based in Castagnole delle Lanze, has an extension of more than 35 ha. between Langa and Monferrato areas bordering on Asti and Cuneo districts. The properties are located in the municipal districts of Castagnole delle Lanze, Coazzolo, Costigliole d’Asti, Santo Stefano Belbo and Trezzo Tinella.
More than 20 ha. of the land are vineyards producing DOC and DOCG wines such as Moscato d’Asti, Passito di Moscato, Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Asti and Piemonte Chardonnay. The remaining 8 ha. are cultivated with hazelnuts Nocciola Piemonte Tonda Gentile delle Langhe.
